Booking terms & conditions

Please take a moment to read our booking terms & conditions before attending your appointment. By making a booking with The Powder Room Aesthetics, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the policies outlined below. These guidelines ensure clinical safety, seamless scheduling, and mutual respect for all clients.

Clinic policies & guidelines

Find clear answers regarding our booking fees, cancellation timelines, arrival protocol, and clinic etiquette below.

Do I need to pay a deposit or booking fee?

Yes. All appointments require a booking fee upon reservation to secure your dedicated time slot with our practitioner. Please note that all booking fees are strictly non-refundable.

What is the cancellation and rescheduling policy?

We require a minimum of 72 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you amend or cancel your booking with less than 72 hours' notice, your non-refundable booking fee will be forfeited.

What happens if I arrive late to my appointment?

Please arrive promptly at your scheduled appointment time. If you are 15 minutes or more late, we may be unable to carry out your treatment safely or without impacting the next client's scheduled appointment. In such cases, your appointment may need to be shortened or cancelled, and your booking fee will be retained.

What should I do if I arrive early?

If you arrive early, please message us before approaching the clinic doors. If we are ready and able to accommodate you sooner, we will invite you in. Otherwise, please wait until your scheduled appointment time to protect the privacy and comfort of other clients.

Are there age restrictions or medical requirements?

All clients must be at least 18 years of age to receive any aesthetic treatments at The Powder Room Aesthetics. Valid photographic identification may be requested. Additionally, all clients must accurately complete a comprehensive medical consultation form prior to receiving treatment.

Can I bring children or guests with me?

Due to health, safety, and medical insurance regulations in our clinical setting, children are not permitted within the clinic. We also kindly request that you attend your appointment alone, as additional guests cannot be accommodated in the treatment room.

Where should I park when visiting the clinic?

Street parking is available near the clinic. We ask all clients to park considerately and take care not to block neighbouring driveways, walkways, or vehicle access at any time.

Are treatment results guaranteed?

Aesthetic and skin outcomes vary from person to person depending on individual physiology, anatomy, lifestyle, and strict adherence to recommended aftercare. Whilst we strive for excellence in every procedure, clinical results cannot be guaranteed, and refunds cannot be provided for treatments performed.
